These eggless muffins are just right for me. In general, at home we love everything sweet and chocolatey, but I try to avoid animal fats, and at the same time save on eggs when baking. I just didn’t understand what role vinegar plays here. But nevertheless, I will try to cook according to your recipe this weekend. In the photo they look very appetizing, I hope they are delicious!
