Egg appetizer with Sirtaki cheese
The piquant taste and simple preparation of this snack are unique. I remember as a child, my mother, looking at a bowl (not so small) of boiled eggs donated by neighbors in a communal apartment, complained .... what should I do with you ... Somehow I accidentally combined an egg and Sirtaki cheese ... it worked out delicious. The sharply salty cheese went perfectly with the taste of the protein. And with a cup of black coffee it’s generally a pleasure and that’s all.

STEP 1
For this simple snack we will need: boiled eggs and pickled Sirtaki cheese. That's all!
STEP 2
Of course we will peel the eggs.
STEP 3
Then cut horizontally into halves.
STEP 4
Take out the yolks. We will need one of the 4 halves of the yolk for dusting. We put the rest in the refrigerator until better times.
STEP 5
Using a teaspoon, take Sirtaki out of the box and place it in the wells of the whites. I took one teaspoon for half an egg (white).
STEP 6
Now remember about half the yolk, take it and sprinkle it on top. I took it with my fingers and kneaded it a little (crushed).
STEP 7
