Egg appetizer with Sirtaki cheese

The piquant taste and simple preparation of this snack are unique. I remember as a child, my mother, looking at a bowl (not so small) of boiled eggs donated by neighbors in a communal apartment, complained .... what should I do with you ... Somehow I accidentally combined an egg and Sirtaki cheese ... it worked out delicious. The sharply salty cheese went perfectly with the taste of the protein. And with a cup of black coffee it’s generally a pleasure and that’s all.
