Good recipe. I actually have a slightly different way of frying dumplings. I put frozen dumplings in a frying pan in one row, pour in cold water and add a little vegetable oil. I put it on the fire. As the water boils, the dumplings cook - I turn the dumplings over so that they brown on both sides. The process happens much faster than first boiling and then frying; the dumplings do not fall apart 100%, they turn out fluffy, and there is no need to add salt to them. Give it a try.
