Duck with apples in a slow cooker
A very tasty duck is waiting for your guests! :). My whole family loves this dish. We usually use buckwheat as a side dish for duck, and mashed potatoes for the holidays!

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
We will need: duck meat, carrots, onions, apples, salt and spices to taste.
STEP 2
Peel the carrots and onions. Peel the apples and remove seeds.
STEP 3
Cut the apples, carrots and onions.
STEP 4
In a slow cooker, fry the meat on all sides.
STEP 5
Add 2 tbsp vegetable oil, onions, carrots, apples, salt and add spices. Let's add some water. Set the pressure cooker to “Meat” for 60 minutes. or on the “Quenching” mode for 1.5 hours

Ready!

I recently bought myself a slow cooker, now all I have to do is buy the duck, the dish looks very cool, so appetizing, with gusto, shine! But what if the multicooker does not have a frying mode? Do you have to fry it separately in a frying pan? Or is it also possible to somehow fry a duck in a regular slow cooker without this option?

BYTENKONN, you can use other programs to roast meat! Read the instructions for the multicooker and decide which one is best! The main thing is to fry in a well-heated bowl. The duck is very tasty! Bon appetit :)
