Sift the flour through a sieve.
STEP 2

Add sugar and salt, stir.
STEP 3

Pour in oil and water
STEP 4

Knead the dough
STEP 5

Sprinkle the work surface with flour. Divide the resulting dough into 5 parts.
STEP 6

Form each piece of dough into a circle.
STEP 7

Roll out the dough into a thin flat cake.
STEP 8

Heat a frying pan over high heat and grease it with a little vegetable oil if desired.
STEP 9

Place the tortilla in the pan and cook for about 30 seconds on each side.
