Dried Rabbit Simple and delicious
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Before starting work, the rabbit must be washed in running water, excess fat removed and dried with a paper towel.
STEP 2
Then add salt to the bottom of the container in which we will brine the rabbit. We level it and place it on the rabbit's salt bed. Sprinkle salt on top so that the meat is not exposed anywhere. Place in the refrigerator or cool place for four days.
STEP 3
After the specified time has passed, wash the rabbit in running water.
STEP 4
Fill it with water and set it to soak for two to three hours. Then dry the rabbit with a paper towel as dry as possible and hang it in the refrigerator or other place where the temperature is not less than zero and no more than eight degrees, and there is a draft, for 20 days.
STEP 5
After 20 days, the dried rabbit is ready to eat. Bon appetit!
