Dough made with milk and eggs without yeast is kneaded very quickly and simply from a minimal set of ingredients. It is convenient because you can cook from it right away. I made small pizzas for breakfast using it. I baked the pizzas for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. The bases from this dough baked well, they turned out quite dense, but still soft.
