Today I made the dough for waffle rolls in an electric waffle iron. I prepared it for two servings. I don’t have a waffle iron as such, but I have a special form in which you can cook waffles on a gas stove. That’s what I used. The dough is simply amazing! I have made waffle rolls more than once, but waffles are best rolled from this dough. The finished hot waffles are soft and curl perfectly into tubes without any fractures. After two minutes the tubes became hard. I got eight tubes in total. For each waffle, I placed one tablespoon of batter onto the pan. The waffles are very crispy, tasty, and quite sweet.
