STEP 1
Prepare ingredients for making dough. I did not cook the entire portion, but based on two eggs. I counted all the products accordingly. The amount of sugar can be reduced to suit your taste. The recipe turns out sweet.
STEP 2
Place butter in a saucepan. Melt the butter any way you can. I did this on gas, over low heat. The main thing is not to let the oil boil. I don't wait for the whole piece to melt, but wait for the main part to melt. The remaining butter will melt from the heat. Leave the oil to cool.
STEP 3
Break the eggs into a bowl, add sugar and vanillin. Don't add too much vanillin. This is a chemical substance; a large amount of it will cause the dough to become bitter. A pinch will be enough. Beat eggs with sugar using a regular whisk. We don't want the waffles to be fluffy, so it's not necessary to beat the eggs until foamy.
STEP 4
Add the cooled melted butter to the eggs. Stir.
STEP 5
Add flour. Using the same whisk, mix the dough until smooth.
STEP 6
Preheat your waffle iron. If necessary, lubricate the plates with oil. Nothing sticks to my waffle iron and I don't grease it. In addition, there is enough fat in the dough. But you look at your model. Drop the dough into two tablespoons at a time.
STEP 7
Fry the waffle until golden brown. Different models bake differently, so be guided by the color of the waffle. Remove the hot pancake using a spatula.
STEP 8
Roll the pancake into a tube while it is still hot. Then the wafer will begin to harden and break when folded. Be careful, it's very hot! Ready-made waffles can be eaten immediately or filled with cream.
