The finished product does not always contain vitamins, etc. So, why not eat all sorts of preparations, especially if they are made from natural products? To listen to these unfortunate “them, and even ours” experts, instead of rice (it turns out it is not processed that way), we should eat bran from rice, buckwheat, etc. It’s okay, we are practical people, we will wash the rice under running water for a long time and continue to use the product for its intended purpose. And the recipe for your jam is very familiar and pleasant to me: I prepare all the jams (except raspberries) in this way (and even strawberries) and the fruits remain whole and rich . Well, by autumn, if I can make it, I’ll make dogwood jam. Thanks for the recipe.

In general, I love sour berries and jam made from them, I liked your dogwood jam, the berries turned out so plump, I wouldn’t mind a cup of tea, it’s a pity that I don’t have such jam and I can’t promise that there will be, dogwood, of course you can buy at the market, but this year so many fruits are ripe at the dacha - I don’t have time to process them, soon the grapes will be ripe, and I’ve already planned to sell jam from them from our website, as well as apples, and pears, and various berries, and apricots, and cherries and currants (my cellar is not unloaded), and there’s also a sea of vegetable preparations, so I’m Daria, I’ll come visit you, if you don’t mind)))

Ah, joker, Anahit! At my dacha I only have 5 acres, but we grow everything except potatoes, I don’t want to welcome a beetle, but there’s enough for everyone, unless, of course, there’s a good year. The cherry plum is still growing, and due to its sour taste, it can be passed off as dogwood, but not so beautiful))) But my friend, an Armenian - Keganush, prepares excellent fig jam with hazelnuts, Anahit, do you cook this?

In that case, you are Shura the sorceress. To plant such a varied amount of fruits and vegetables in a small area is, I say seriously, a sign of great intelligence. I have friends who plant one potato on 5 acres. Well, how many potatoes do you need for the winter? 3, maybe 4 bags and that’s it. Well, maybe a couple of kg. if they sell it, it’s just melancholy. And as for you, I went into the basement, a little bit of everything and my own. Yes, this is happiness. Shura, I make fig jam, but without hazelnuts. And I put walnuts in white cherry jam

You, Anahit, have made me fall in love with you, that’s for sure! It’s so nice to communicate with you, it seems to me that there is nothing tastier than fig jam. Fresh imported figs are sold well now, but I haven’t made jam from them myself (they’re expensive here), But I remembered its taste forever! Our hazelnut grows in the forests, but it’s small and not so tasty, I planted a walnut behind the fence, and this year my daughter accidentally poured rounds on it when she was poisoning the weed and it dried up (although there was already a big one), so I’ll have to plant a new one in the fall .I would like to try your cherry jam))) But for now I’ll enjoy the apricot jam)))

Shurochka, I’ll tell you, our feelings are mutual. Yes, I love fig jam too. But I love fig jam even more with delicious bread and tasty butter. Nowadays there is nothing as tasty as in Soviet tins. And figs are not cheap here, what can we say about you. And your apricot jam is excellent and even with kernels. I was too lazy to put in the kernels last year. I put them in jam. But I saved the kernels; they will come in handy during baking.

Anahit, that’s right, jam with delicious bread cannot replace even the most delicious recipe! Let’s be content with what we have))) Food, of course, plays a big role in a person’s life, but good communication is much more important)))
