STEP 1

We prepare dietary cottage cheese muffins from natural homemade cottage cheese, with egg whites, without yolk, with the addition of sugar, wheat bran and oatmeal. We will prepare the required amount of products for muffins according to the list.
STEP 2

Knead the cottage cheese thoroughly.
STEP 3

Combine the egg white with sugar, add vanilla sugar and beat with a mixer for 2 minutes.
STEP 4

Then add oatmeal and wheat bran to the egg whites whipped with sugar.
STEP 5

Knead the protein mixture for another half a minute with a mixer.
STEP 6

Combine the protein mass with cottage cheese.
STEP 7

Mix the cottage cheese with the whipped egg white mixture well.
STEP 8

Fill muffin tins greased with vegetable oil with the prepared curd mass. Silicone molds are ideal for baking.
STEP 9

Place the filled molds in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake the muffins for 40 minutes.
STEP 10

After 40 minutes, the diet curd muffins are ready, take them out of the oven.
STEP 11

Let the cottage cheese muffins cool completely in the molds, then put them on a dish and serve for breakfast or afternoon tea.
