STEP 1

First you need to prepare the base for the creamy dessert. To do this, you need to take the cookies and break them into small pieces. Then these pieces must be passed through a meat grinder to obtain sand crumbs.

Next, you need to put a piece of butter in a small saucepan or ladle and melt the butter without bringing it to a boil.
STEP 3

Melted butter should be poured into the shortbread crumbs and mixed thoroughly. Divide the finished cookie base into 4 equal parts and place it on the bottom of each glass, lightly compacting it.

Now you need to prepare the main component of the dessert. To do this, you need to take a deep container and put cream cheese in it (it is better to take it out of the refrigerator in advance so that it is softer and it is easier to mix the ingredients). Next, you need to add powdered sugar to the cheese and mix the ingredients well.

Remove eggs from the refrigerator and crack one egg into the contents of a deep container. Mix everything well. Then add the second egg and mix all the ingredients thoroughly again.
STEP 6

After this, pour in the chilled cream and gently mix the cheese mass.
STEP 7

Grind the hazelnuts until crumbly, then add them to the container with the rest of the ingredients and mix again so that the nuts are distributed throughout the creamy cheese mixture.
STEP 8

Grate the dark chocolate on a fine grater. Wash the orange and also grate its peel on a fine grater. Use a grater to grate only the top layer of the orange, being careful not to grate the white part. Peel the orange completely and cut it into slices with a sharp knife.
STEP 9

Take a glass with a sand base and place a circle of orange on the side wall of the glass itself, pressing it well, for example, you can secure it with skewers. This is done so that the cream does not get behind the orange and spoil the appearance of the dessert. Next, you need to spread the prepared cream to the very top of the glass. Repeat this procedure with the remaining glasses. Decorate the dessert with grated chocolate and zest. Place the finished dessert in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
