The recipe is really interesting. We seem to have a sweet tooth. 3 tbsp of sugar for the whole recipe, it seems to me, is not enough. I would add sugar either to the dough or to the cottage cheese. Cooking time is about 1 hour (excluding the time for cooling the dough)
