Tasty, fast and beautiful! Surprise your family and friends! I'm not a big fan of cottage cheese. But these cookies are just a great idea. They turn out crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Ideal for tea drinking. And the big plus is that they cook quickly.

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Beat softened butter or margarine with cottage cheese. add salt and flour. knead the dough. Gather the dough into a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes
STEP 2

Sprinkle the countertop with flour and the rolling pin too. Roll out the dough into a 5 mm layer. If it sticks, add a little flour. Cut out circles from the dough using a glass (6-7cm diameter)
STEP 3

Dip one side of each circle in sugar
STEP 4

Make cuts with a knife (or a pizza cutter) to create a flower. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper or dusted with flour. Put jam (or chocolate, a drop or marmalade) in the middle of each cookie. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 C. 15-20 minutes (until golden brown)
