My favorite cupcakes are Spanish MAGDALENAS. The day came when we simply “overate” them. In search of a good, simple and economical recipe, I came across Irishin’s recipe! But since I didn’t have cherries, I used wonderful raspberry jam! And I increased the sugar - I took 130 g. Thank you for the recipe! They turned out wonderful.

My son just loves cupcakes. And so I discovered a new recipe for baking. Now cherries have just appeared on the market. I bought SPANKA, it is sweet and larger. I removed the seeds, covered it with sugar and put it in the refrigerator for drinks. And then everything is as per the recipe. And the cupcakes were a success. But you can improvise. Using the same technology but with the addition of cottage cheese. And I think the cupcakes will turn out great too.

I didn’t really like the combination of this dough and fresh cherries. To my taste, dried cranberries, raisins, and candied fruits are more suitable here. And fresh cherries go very well with charlotte dough. Yesterday I experimented - incredibly tasty.
