    How to make croutons from white bread with garlic in the oven? Prepare your food. Take any white bread - regular wheat, loaf, baguette, toast, like mine. I started from the amount that would completely fit on the baking sheet. You can increase it depending on your needs.

    Cut the bread into any pieces. I cut it into small cubes. It is very convenient to take already sliced ​​square-shaped bread for this. It will be enough to first cut it into long strips, and then into cubes. You can also make crackers in the form of bars, or just any shape.

    Place the sliced ​​bread on a suitable sized baking sheet. Place it in the oven, preheated to 180°C. Dry the crackers until golden brown. The time will depend on your oven and the size of the pieces. Mine took about 15 minutes to dry. Keep an eye on them all this time - the crackers can burn quickly.

    While the crackers are baking, prepare the dressing. Pour oil into a bowl. Peel the garlic and squeeze it into the oil using a press. You can vary the amount of oil and garlic according to your taste. Mix the oil with the garlic. I used olive oil, but any vegetable oil will do.

    Remove the finished crackers from the oven.

    Pour the crackers into a deep bowl in which it will be convenient to mix them. Pour the oil dressing into the hot crackers and stir quickly - this will help it absorb better. Add salt to taste. Stir again. The crackers are ready. You can serve them to the table. Bon appetit!

I was left with a dried out baguette. I decided to make crackers in the oven from white bread with garlic. It's amazing how ordinary ingredients can turn out so delicious! I cut the bread into small cubes and dried it in the oven, 15 minutes at 180° is just optimal for white bread. For dressing I used extra virgin olive oil. By the way, it also works great with regular sunflower. Added crushed garlic and sea salt to the oil. While the bread was drying, the butter was infused with garlic aroma. I added the crackers in parts, stirring quickly each time. When hot pieces of bread were combined with garlic, such a tantalizing, appetizing aroma appeared! Great snack!
