Thank you very much for the recipe. Delicious. I really liked the combination of sweet dough with a light sour filling, which is successfully complemented by the tenderness of whipped cream. My family was delighted. By the way, it’s better to whip the cream yourself rather than buy ready-made ones in cans - the taste is much better and more delicate. I want to share a couple of tricks with novice cooks. Firstly, the fat content of the cream should be at least 30%. Secondly, the cream should be cold, but not icy. Thirdly, do not beat more than 300 grams. at a time. I recommend
