I had white toasted bread and cheese, why not make unusual croutons with cheese in the oven?) Previously, I could not figure out how to make homemade snack croutons so that the spices would stick to the bread. It turned out that it’s all about the oil, it holds all the ingredients together. I mixed the sliced ​​pieces of bread with regular sunflower oil, paprika, sea salt, dried herbs and added a little black pepper. During the mixing process, the aromatic oil was completely absorbed into the bread, the pieces became beautiful and bright. After drying, sprinkled with cheese and put it back in the oven. The crackers turned out simply delicious, they are so bright and lift your spirits! And how delicious they are! The spices made the regular bread so flavorful, and the butter kept all the spices on the bread cubes. Plus the pieces of bread were toasted nicely and the cheese added an extra nice flavor. I prepared croutons for the borscht.
