STEP 1

Pineapple rings are available in larger or smaller diameters. It is more convenient to eat the snack on small rings. First remove the pineapple rings from the syrup and dry thoroughly from the juice.
STEP 2

Boil the eggs hard, cool and peel. Cut into small cubes.
STEP 3

Peel the crab sticks from the factory film and also cut into small cubes. You can replace or supplement the crab sticks with other seafood. For example, shrimp, squid or lightly salted red fish.
STEP 4

Cut the cheese into small cubes. All ingredients for the filling should be approximately the same size. This way they will be better visible in the appetizer. Any cheese for an appetizer is suitable, from ordinary Russian to mozzarella. The main thing is that the cheese is tasty.

In a bowl, combine crab sticks, cheese and eggs. Season everything with mayonnaise and mix. There should not be too much mayonnaise so that the salad does not float. In addition to these ingredients, you can add chopped herbs, such as dill or parsley, to the filling. To make the filling more satisfying, you can add 2-3 tbsp. l. boiled fluffy rice. Add diced cucumber for freshness.
STEP 6

Wash the lettuce leaves and dry thoroughly. Place a lettuce leaf on top of each pineapple ring. You can use any lettuce leaves. It could be iceberg lettuce, frillis, romaine. I have a regular salad.
STEP 7

Place crab filling in a heap on top of the lettuce leaf. The appetizer is ready. You can serve it immediately. If you prepare the appetizer in advance, for example in the evening, then it is better to assemble it just before serving. Bon appetit!
