These donuts are certainly very tasty, and the recipe is unusual and interesting. Curd dough always makes delicious confectionery. And here are deep-fried donuts, and even covered in powdered sugar. Well, how can you resist such a temptation? Just ah! Yummy.

I liked the recipe right away - it was simple and quick. The whole thing took about 30-40 minutes with baking. I prepared a double portion at once and, as it turned out, it was not in vain - there were barely enough donuts for the last photo. The donuts taste incredibly tender, and the crust is crispy. The deliciousness is extraordinary! The donuts themselves are not very sweet, but with powdered sugar, and with a cup of tea they are simply delicious

Just the picture made my mouth water! I love sweets, even though they are harmful :). Thank you for your clear and concise description of the cooking process. I'll definitely do it. Why do you think there is chemicals in the dough ripper? I think it's the same soda and citric acid. It's probably better to take fatty cottage cheese?

Irina, I don’t know about fat. I've been wary of high-fat cottage cheese lately due to the abundance of calories. As for the baking powder, well, that’s my opinion. I try to very rarely use any bags of powders (dyes, baking powder, etc.). who knows what they are pushing there...
