A very tasty cottage cheese casserole with pumpkin. Try it, you won't regret it! Dear cooks! I want to share with you the recipe for one of my favorite casseroles. Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Grate the pumpkin on a medium grater. Soak raisins in hot water
STEP 2

Cottage cheese, pumpkin, semolina, granulated sugar, vanillin, eggs, soda, slaked with lemon juice, place in a bowl and mix well
STEP 3

Place the mixture in a mold greased with butter.
STEP 4

Cut the apples into quarters, remove the core and cut into slices. Place the slices on top of the mixture, pressing down slightly. Sprinkle a little sand. Place raisins in the middle. My Golden apples, and even in April, are a little tough. It tastes better with fresh, juicy ones. Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
STEP 5
