Cream butter with sugar.

Add the egg and vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract). Beat thoroughly.

Add corn and wheat flour. Mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.

Using a pastry bag, pipe small cookies onto a baking sheet.

Bake at 180 C for about 10 minutes.

Heat the cream. Add mint leaves and leave for 5 minutes. Strain the cream and heat again.

Break the white chocolate into pieces, pour in the hot cream and stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved.
