    Remove the top leaves from a head of Chinese cabbage. We won't need them. Dust has accumulated on them, so you just need to throw them away. To prepare the salad, chop the Chinese cabbage.

    Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut each tomato into 4 parts.

    In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and chopped tomatoes.
