Chicken with ginger and soy sauce

STEP 1

Let's prepare all the ingredients: chicken fillet, soy sauce, ginger, vegetable oil. Wash the fillet and dry it with a paper towel. Cut along the grain into plastic pieces 1 cm thick. Place the chopped fillet in a bowl, pour in soy sauce, and add dry ginger powder.
STEP 2

Ginger must be taken in powder; fresh ginger produces a completely different taste. Stir and leave for 5 minutes while you cook and heat the pan. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it up, and add the fillet.
STEP 3

Fry for 1 - 2 minutes, depending on the thickness of your pieces. As soon as a light rim appears along the edge of the pieces, turn the meat over to the other side. Fry on the other side for 1-2 minutes. We put it beautifully on a plate and invite everyone to the table. It goes very well with vegetable salad, rice, and mashed potatoes.
