    STEP 1

Let's prepare all the ingredients: chicken fillet, soy sauce, ginger, vegetable oil. Wash the fillet and dry it with a paper towel. Cut along the grain into plastic pieces 1 cm thick. Place the chopped fillet in a bowl, pour in soy sauce, and add dry ginger powder.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Ginger must be taken in powder; fresh ginger produces a completely different taste. Stir and leave for 5 minutes while you cook and heat the pan. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it up, and add the fillet.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Fry for 1 - 2 minutes, depending on the thickness of your pieces. As soon as a light rim appears along the edge of the pieces, turn the meat over to the other side. Fry on the other side for 1-2 minutes. We put it beautifully on a plate and invite everyone to the table. It goes very well with vegetable salad, rice, and mashed potatoes.

I liked it, thank you. Also check out McDonald's chicken nuggets. Soy sauce is also used.

I used the recipe for chicken with ginger and soy sauce to prepare chicken legs. I left them to marinate for a little while (about 10 minutes). Of course, I fried the legs longer than it took to cook the fillet. The ginger and soy sauce gave a very light and pleasant flavor to the chicken. They rather emphasize the taste of the meat, rather than being noticeable themselves. This is exactly the beauty of it: it looks like you’re eating regular chicken, but the taste is still a little different. It turned out to be a very interesting effect. Thank you very much for the recipe!
