STEP 1
We prepare products according to the list.
STEP 2
Prepare the marinade. We don't have anything difficult ahead of us. We simply combine all the ingredients, except the chicken, in a bowl in the order that is most convenient for us. STEP 3
Then mix everything well. The marinade is ready.
STEP 4
Soak the chicken wings in the resulting marinade. For impregnation with marinade juice, you can allocate either half an hour - for the most hasty, or several times more time. The longer it takes, the more tender and better your kebab will taste.
STEP 5
Place the marinated chicken wings on a metal grill rack. In this form, we keep the wings over the coals for about 20 minutes or a little longer, turning the wings over and checking their frying. It will stick to the grill, no problem; characteristic marks from cooking on the grill are almost inevitable. But in the end you will have a delicious kebab of chicken wings!
