I saw a recipe for chicken noodle soup in a slow cooker on the website and wanted to try it. I've never cooked soup using this technique before, so it was interesting. For the soup, I took two drumsticks, the tips of the wings and the back, so that the fat would be good and the meat would be satisfying. I didn’t know how much water I could pour into the bowl of my multicooker, so I settled on two liters of filtered water. On the display I found the “soup” mode with a maximum time of 1.5 hours. I cooked on it. I cooked the meat for 40 minutes. If you take a whole carcass, I think it will take more time. Then I took out the chicken, cooled it slightly and removed the meat from the bone; this is convenient to do with a fork. Meanwhile, potatoes and carrots were cooked in a rich broth. I did not add onions at my daughter’s request. 20 minutes before the end of cooking, I added egg noodles and meat. I note that when the soup was boiling strongly, I opened the lid and the boiling became moderate. I cooked the meat with the lid closed. The foam settled on the walls and lid, I easily removed them with a napkin. With this method of cooking, the potatoes are slightly boiled, i.e., the corners of the pieces are rounded. I really liked it, the broth became sort of velvety. My daughter and her friends also appreciated it). Very tasty soup, bright and rich.

I love all kinds of soups! Finally I found a site where there are so many of their recipes, and even with photographs. Many thanks to the creators of the site for the original service. Cookbook online. I recently bought a multicooker, now I’m choosing delicious recipes. This soup looks very appetizing. I wish I could cut the chicken into pieces. Why cook the broth for so long?

Unfortunately, everything doesn’t cook very quickly in a slow cooker. It is also called a slow cooker. But the result is excellent. And you can cut the chicken into pieces or put it whole. It's a matter of taste.

For me, chicken noodle soup in a slow cooker is just the perfect dish. In general, I love cooking in a slow cooker, especially when I don’t have time to stand at the stove. And the taste of the dishes from the “cartoon” is somewhat different. Chicken soup is a lifesaver. And fast, and tasty, easy and healthy. I didn’t take a whole chicken, but only the wings and backbone; for us, this broth was satisfying. I didn't use potatoes. Seasoned with my favorite spices, added a little dried garlic and stems of parsley and dill for flavor. My husband tried it and said only one word: “Soulful!” Actually, that says it all. Thanks for the recipe, enjoy cooking!
