I saw a recipe for chicken liver with cheese in the oven and remembered that I just had chicken liver. And of course I prepared it according to this recipe. I salted the liver, peppered it and mixed it with dried bell pepper. Lubricated with a mixture of sour cream, mayonnaise and garlic. I sprinkled cheese on top, which I grated on a fine grater.
