    STEP 1

How to make chicken in beer in the oven? Prepare your food. You can take a whole chicken carcass or any parts of it. In this recipe, I use chicken drumsticks. Rinse the chicken in running water and dry it well with a paper towel so that there is no excess moisture left on it. Place all parts in a large bowl.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Sprinkle chicken with paprika, salt and pepper.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Mix well, rubbing the spices into the chicken. Try to ensure that the spices are evenly distributed throughout all the pieces. Leave the chicken to stand for an hour.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Prepare a baking pan for baking. Place chicken drumsticks in it.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Fill everything with beer so that the chicken is halfway in it. Place the pan with the chicken in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 1 hour. Periodically open the oven and pour the resulting sauce over the chicken or simply turn all the pieces over. To check the chicken for doneness, pierce it with a knife. If light juice comes out, the chicken is ready.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

The finished chicken turns out rosy and very appetizing. It can be served as a stand-alone appetizer or complemented with any side dish, such as potatoes or rice. Serve the chicken hot. Bon appetit!

I found this recipe, something unusual for us, and decided to experiment. I washed the chicken legs, dried them and marinated them. For spices I added ground paprika, chicken seasoning, salt, pepper and a little ketchup. My legs marinated overnight. Afterwards I put them in a baking dish and added light beer. I baked it in the oven for one hour, as the author writes. The aroma was excellent. During cooking, the beer evaporated and the legs turned brown. A very simple and quick recipe that was not at all difficult to prepare and not time-consuming. The chicken in beer in the oven came out amazingly tasty, tender, juicy and aromatic. I served the appetizing legs for dinner with vegetable salad and boiled potatoes. It's incredibly delicious!!! I recommend everyone to try it! Many thanks to the author for the new product)

Yes, drunken chicken - it is eaten very quickly, because it is very tender and tasty, and the smell is really intoxicating and can be heard far outside the apartment, an interesting recipe, but there seems to be no crust on the chicken, right?
