Chicken horns with mushrooms in creamy sauce
A quick, tasty dish that you can feed your family and delight your friends who come to visit! I often cook it in the fall, when we return from the forest with fresh mushrooms! But it also goes great frozen!

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare the ingredients according to the list: pasta, mushrooms, onions, chicken breast, butter, salt, pepper, flour, cream.
STEP 2

First, let the pasta cook; it should end up al dente, “to the tooth.” You can use any mushrooms, I used chanterelles. Chop mushrooms, onions, chicken.
STEP 3

First fry the onion in vegetable oil, then add the mushrooms, fry while stirring. Then add the diced chicken meat. Salt and pepper.
STEP 4

Add flour, stir, continuing frying.
STEP 5

Pour the contents with cream, you can add a little water in which the pasta was cooked.
STEP 6

Boil the mushrooms and chicken in the creamy sauce for 5 minutes.
STEP 7

Add the boiled pasta, stir, heat briefly and serve immediately.
STEP 8

Quick, tasty, even gourmet, dinner is ready!
