STEP 1
How to make chicken fillet with rice? Prepare your food. Defrost the chicken fillet, if it was frozen, by transferring it from the freezer to the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. Wash and peel the carrots and onions.
STEP 2
Cut the onion into small cubes. Pour vegetable oil into a thick-bottomed saucepan or cauldron and heat it over high heat. Add chopped onion, stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
STEP 3
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Add it to the onion, fry together for 3-4 minutes.
STEP 4
Cut the chicken fillet into medium pieces. If desired, the meat can be cut into cubes.
STEP 5
Add the meat to the onions and carrots, mix. Fry it over medium heat for approximately 7-10 minutes. It is better to turn the fillet pieces more often so that they are well fried on all sides.
STEP 6
After this, add steamed long-grain rice to the pan, first rinse it well with water. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
STEP 7
Pour warm or hot water into the pan and stir the ingredients with a spoon. Bring to a boil over high heat. Then cook covered over low heat for approximately 20-25 minutes.
STEP 8
During this time, the rice will absorb all the liquid. Turn off the heat and leave the dish covered for 20 minutes until it finally finishes cooking. Then serve. Bon appetit!
