Chicken fillet baked with tomatoes and cheese
An original and uncomplicated appetizer for any holiday. Guests and relatives were pleasantly surprised to find such an unusual filling in the tomatoes.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Heat a frying pan, pour sunflower oil into it and fry finely chopped bell peppers and onions for about 10 minutes.
STEP 2

Next, add chopped garlic and fry for about 2 minutes.
STEP 3

Separately, fry the finely diced chicken fillet until half cooked.
STEP 4

Then add to it our roasted pepper, onion and garlic, as well as corn, salt, cumin, and ground pepper. Stir and fry for another 5 minutes over low heat.
STEP 5

Cut off the top of the tomato and remove the pulp.
STEP 6

Fill the tomatoes with filling. Place grated cheese tightly on top of the filling. You can also lightly sprinkle the cheese on top with ground pepper.
STEP 7

Preheat the oven to 170-180 degrees. Bake the tomatoes for 10 minutes. The finished dish can be decorated with herbs.

very tasty recipe. The preparation is very simple. you need to fry everything in odorless vegetable oil. You can use any pepper. I prefer red ones, it’s sweeter. For this dish, you can take special tomatoes without pulp, there are such varieties. If not, any firm, medium-sized ones will do. put the filling in the oven, sprinkle hard cheese on top, whatever you have at home. Bon appetit.
