Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

1.PREPARATION. Cut the chicken into medium pieces and the onion into small pieces, crush the garlic and add it to the onion.
STEP 2

2. COOKING. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, add half a piece of butter to it, after the oil has warmed up, add onion and garlic to it. Add tomatoes. Fry for 5-7 minutes. We will also add 1 bay leaf, it will add a special aroma.
STEP 3

3.Add chicken to our roast. Simmer it for 5 minutes. We also add wine and water to the meat level. It is imperative to remove the garlic so that it does not give off bitterness. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
STEP 4

4. Add olives and rosemary to the chicken. Add salt to taste, simmer for 5 minutes. We take out the rosemary and our dish is ready!
