Cheesecakes with apple filling in the oven
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Cottage cheese (I have 9%) rub through a sieve
STEP 2
Add semolina, eggs, salt, sugar. Mix everything
STEP 3
Leave for 10 minutes. Sprinkle semolina or flour on the table
STEP 4
Make a circle, lay out the filling, I have a preparation for pies, which I roll up for the winter during apple season. You can use apples - peel, cut, sprinkle with sand and simmer in a frying pan over low heat. You can put chocolate. The filling can be whatever you like
STEP 5
Close with another circle. I like to make cheesecakes large, with more filling and easier to make. Can be made small, you can use muffin tins
STEP 6
Place on a baking sheet on baking paper in an oven preheated to 180°
STEP 7
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and you can eat.
STEP 8
Possibly with sour cream. Delicious hot and cold. Bon appetit!
