I would like to ask, can you feel the semolina in the finished cheesecakes, or is it just instead of flour and won’t be felt? I just don’t like semolina porridge...

Semolina instead of flour. Cheesecakes with semolina are more airy. It definitely doesn’t look like semolina porridge; I don’t like it myself. Previously, I always added flour, but now they sell such cottage cheese that it doesn’t taste good with flour.
