My cheese pancakes turned out to be very salty (I think it was because of the cheese. Therefore, it was decided to add another glass of kefir and, accordingly, flour. And then everything returned to normal. It turned out no longer salty and tasty. I spent about 45 minutes cooking - I fried it for a long time.

And I wrote! Salt to taste. Brynza is also the saltiest among soft cheeses. If you take a different type of soft cheese, you will need less salt.
