    Wash the mushrooms, cut them and fry them in a frying pan in 2 tbsp. spoons of oil until all the liquid has evaporated.

    Add fried onions and garlic and spices to the pan.

    Add half the sour cream. Mix everything, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 6 minutes.

Anna, the mushrooms are wonderful!!! I’ve been dreaming of trying chanterelles for a long time, but unfortunately, I can’t find them for sale, but if I find them, I’ll definitely cook them. Also, chanterelles don’t need to be boiled first, otherwise I always do this with wild mushrooms, first I boil them, then I fry them :)

Thank you Irisha for your comment, we have a lot of chanterelles this year because it rained!!! Sometimes I boil them, sometimes not.

Beauty! I make chanterelles in much the same way, but my family loves them exclusively with fried potatoes, but I’ve never added garlic, I’ll have to try it, I think it will add piquancy to the dish. Very soon we will be able to go to the forest for chanterelles, fortunately it is nearby, and we usually collect a lot of chanterelles, I also store them for the winter =)
