I generally adore everything sweet, but what can you do if I have a sweet tooth?! =) It’s true that I’ve never tried making sweets myself before, but then I saw this recipe and I really wanted to try making them myself. It seems like the recipe is easy to prepare, there is nothing complicated and its components are accessible! So I ran for chocolate and nuts and will cook! Thanks for such an incredible recipe!

You are right Dianushka, sweets are easy to prepare. Just be careful about the consistency of the mass so as not to overcool it in the refrigerator. I wish you delicious sweets.

Anait, what gorgeous sweets!! But instead of white, you can use dark chocolate, otherwise my family doesn’t really like white chocolate? And it doesn’t matter what the fat content of the cream is?

Thank you, Irisha. To be honest, I haven’t made dark chocolate truffles, but I think it won’t make a difference. And I got chocolate truffles according to a different recipe: Pour condensed milk into a saucepan, add butter and 3 tbsp. spoons of cocoa powder. Place on low heat and cook, stirring constantly for 10-15 minutes. As soon as the mass begins to thicken, add 5-6 tbsp. spoons of cocoa powder, stir quickly and remove from heat. Cool the mixture to room temperature. Make balls, placing a nut in the center, giving the shape of truffles. Roll in cocoa powder and place in the refrigerator to cool.

Irisha, I forgot to say, you can use any cream, but not thick, full-fat milk will do just fine

Anaitochka, white truffles are perfect for the New Year, next to the green pine needles the white color looks very festive, it’s winter after all and everything white is blessed with its purity and is so pleasing to the eye, very beautiful!
