What a delicious, healthy cake, so many vitamins. And the degree of difficulty is not great. You can bake every day!

I really love these products! And I cook it often, I think I’ll repeat it one of these days, mine will be happy, otherwise I’ve been baking charlottes more often lately)))

Good afternoon I had a few questions about the recipe: Isn’t flour needed and is two tablespoons of breadcrumbs enough for the dough? in step 3, the crackers are crushed, but you can see from the photo that there are not 2 spoons... what don’t I understand? And somehow it’s too blurry regarding the temperature of the oven and the size of the pan... too much of everything.

And somehow it’s too blurry regarding the oven temperature and the size of the pan. I’m not Ellisa, but I’ll answer)) In this recipe there are 9 eggs per kilo of cottage cheese . You don’t need flour, you wouldn’t even need breadcrumbs, because such a mass can easily be fried, as for me. There are 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs (if Ellisa has the same blender as I do, then the volume of the bowl there is very small, just 2 spoons and you can see).Everyone’s oven is different, but probably at the temp. This cake is baked at 120C. The main thing here is to bake slowly and not burn.
