I love cabbage in all forms and manifestations. And of course, the recipe for cabbage stewed in a frying pan with tomato paste did not escape my attention. I prepared the cabbage following the recipe and only at the end I added chopped dill and parsley, and immediately after turning off the stove I added garlic crushed through a garlic press. After which, of course, I let the dish sit with the lid closed. It turned out delicious and aromatic!
