I prepared buckwheat in a new version: buckwheat with egg, it was very interesting to try. I had buckwheat in a bag, I boiled it. Boiled the eggs, cooled and cut into small cubes. Finely chopped the onion and fried it in butter. Added eggs and buckwheat to the onions, salted them, mixed them and kept them together on the fire for a while. I sprinkled the finished dish with chopped dill. The result was hearty, appetizing and very tasty buckwheat with egg. This is great: a delicious dish is prepared simply and quickly!
