Buckwheat porridge with milk “Greetings from childhood”
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
I offer a recipe without the exact amount of ingredients, because every time I cook everything in a new way. For example, I don’t add sugar to porridge at all, but children definitely need to sweeten it.
STEP 2
By the way, children for whom buckwheat is simply vital will definitely enjoy this porridge! We sort out the buckwheat,
STEP 3
pour into a dry hot frying pan and fry until golden brown for 3 minutes (do not wash the grains!).
STEP 4
Pour water twice as much as buckwheat into a saucepan and bring to a boil
STEP 5
Now add salt and pour in the buckwheat, cover with a lid, reduce the heat and cook the buckwheat until tender for about 20 minutes. Don't forget to stir the porridge periodically
STEP 6
About 5 minutes before readiness, add butter to the porridge.
STEP 7
and mix well
STEP 8
Before serving, I place the buckwheat on plates
STEP 9
add warm milk and sugar to taste
STEP 10
Bon appetit!
