Ellissa! I used the idea of your cauliflower salad, although I changed the recipe in some way: I didn’t have broccoli, but to make the salad “green,” I put finely diced cucumbers and green onions in it. From the cauliflower I cut off the top, smallest and most tender inflorescences, and boiled the large stems separately and simply fried them for another dish. I added dill and seasoned with mayonnaise mixed with 5% soft cottage cheese. It turned out great: light, gentle and beautiful. Thank you very much!
