STEP 1

How to cook boar meat in the oven with sauce? Prepare the necessary ingredients. For better marinating and frying, cut the meat into small pieces.
STEP 2

Place all the dry spices in one jar and mix them. It's a bit much for this meat, but you'll still have a great blend of spices for later.
STEP 3

For the marinade, pour wine, apple juice and vinegar into one container.
STEP 4

Add 1 tsp. spice mixture and stir.
STEP 5

Place the meat in a convenient container and pour over the marinade. Cover and refrigerate.
STEP 6

Soak the meat in the marinade for 1 to 12 hours. About half an hour before the end of marinating, turn on the oven at 175 degrees.

Drain the marinade into a separate container. Don't pour it out.
STEP 8

Place the boar meat on a baking sheet with foil and rub with salt.
STEP 9

Sprinkle and rub the meat with the spice mixture and stick cloves into the pieces. Place the meat in an oven preheated to 175 degrees for 15 minutes.

Remove the meat and check for doneness. If it’s not enough for you, return it to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes. The exact time depends on your oven. Remove the finished meat from the pan and place in a warm place to keep it warm. Pour the frying juice into the marinade.
STEP 12

Place the marinade on the fire and boil for 10 minutes. This is our sauce.
STEP 13

Cut the meat into slices, removing the cloves, and set aside for serving.
STEP 14

Pour over the sauce.
