    Beat the egg into a bowl. Be sure to wash your eggs before using them, as even seemingly clean shells can harbor harmful bacteria. It is best to use food grade detergents and a brush. Add sugar. You can reduce or increase its quantity based on your preferences. Beat the egg and sugar with a whisk. This will be enough, do not take out the mixer so as not to delay the process.

    Add cocoa, flour, baking powder and starch to the egg mixture. Pour in milk and vegetable oil.

I thank the author for the recipe for a quick biscuit in the microwave in 5 minutes. The cake was tender, slightly moist and very chocolatey. I used confectionery cocoa powder. The cupcake is delicious on its own and ideal as a cake base. I have a quick cream made from cream cheese and cream. I am sure that with chocolate creams, a chocolate sponge cake will delight connoisseurs of absolutely chocolate taste.

Awesome cake! Thank you very much for the recipe)). I had a wider container, baked 2 cakes and cut them into 2 parts. Only I did the same with cream. I added a banana, crushed with a puree grinder, to the cream. It turned out great!!! This is the third time my children have asked, I’ve made it)) Simple, fast and delicious)) Thank you very much!!!
