Beetroot caviar with ginger

Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 40 mins
STEP 1
Preparing the ingredients. Only frozen greens were available.
STEP 2
Finely chop the onion and three beets on a coarse grater.
STEP 3
Place the beets and onions in a deep frying pan and simmer in vegetable oil for 10-15 minutes.
STEP 4
Ginger root and garlic, grated
STEP 5
and add to the beets. Season the beetroot caviar with salt and other spices. Don’t forget about the spicy mixture of peppers - this way the caviar will be moderately spicy and very fragrant. Simmer for another 20-30 minutes until cooked.
STEP 6
The caviar is ready. Bon appetit!
