I made steaks for lunch using the recipe for steak and eggs from minced beef. Mom used to make these before. Only I didn’t chop the meat, but passed it through a meat grinder. I took a piece of pork for cooking, cut it into thin strips, and them into small cubes. I grated the garlic on a medium grater, combined it with the meat, salted it (I didn’t add any spices), and mixed it well. Having formed two cutlets, put them in a frying pan and fried them on both sides until golden brown, immediately smelling of garlic! Next, I placed the steaks in the pan and put them in the oven for 7 minutes. I had category O eggs, fried them in vegetable oil. The steaks turned out plump, juicy, with an appetizing crust. I ate, putting small pieces of steak and eggs into my mouth, delicious! Especially with yolk. And very satisfying! It’s captivating that you don’t need a lot of ingredients to cook steaks. They are prepared quickly and easily. I will definitely cook again! Thank you very much!
