Beef with rice stewed in a cauldron on the stove

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the recipe.
STEP 2
Boil the rice in advance in a small amount of water over low heat until it becomes dry and crumbly.
STEP 3
Chop the onions into small cubes.
STEP 4
Grind the cumin seeds into a fine powder.
STEP 5
Any meat can be used. Wash the meat and cut into thin cubes.
STEP 6
Pour a little vegetable oil into the cauldron, enough to fry the meat and onions. First, discard the pieces of meat, when it starts to turn pink, discard the onion and fry until golden brown.
STEP 7
Then pour water into the cauldron, ensuring that the meat is cooked and let it simmer until fully cooked.
STEP 8
There should be sauce left with the meat at the end of cooking. It will serve as a gravy for the dish. At the end, add salt to taste and add ground black pepper and cumin.
STEP 9
If you have greens on hand, decorate the dish beautifully. Place greens, meat and rice on a plate. I assure you it will be a very tasty and satisfying dinner.
