Thank you for the recipe Beef in milk! I think the most important thing here is to choose the right piece of meat. If you get the wrong part, the pieces may be tough. This should be a soft part without veins or films; if any, it is better to cut it off. Take the tenderloin, you can use the pulp.

While my parents were not at home, I decided to cook dinner. But looking into their refrigerator, I didn’t find anything there except a piece of meat and a package of milk 😳Still, I found a recipe for Beef in Milk that combines these exact ingredients. Of course, I would like to use beef as in the author’s recipe, but today I didn’t have to choose 😂We cook with what we have. Everything is quite simple: I fried the pork on both sides and poured it with milk, added all possible seasonings (well, I can’t cook without them, pepper alone is very little for me))) I have doubts that the dish will turn out after all, but I put rice on the side to cook. Agree, stewing meat in milk is quite strange 😳 It took ~ 1 hour to cook. The milk was all curdled (although what did I expect🤷🏽‍♀️😂) I decided to take out the meat and beat this “broth” with a blender until homogeneous consistency. But this one is for me personally, I don’t like it when I get some lumps) I want to tell you it turned out simply divine 🤩The meat just falls apart, it turned out so soft that I can’t describe it!
