Banana pie in the microwave
Ingredients

take 2 eggs and separate the white from the yolk

beat the whites separately

add sugar gradually

then add the yolk, beat for 4 minutes

then add 200g sour cream, flour and 5 tbsp vegetable oil

beat well with a mixer

add baking powder or slaked soda with vinegar, and mix vanillin

cover the mold (it can be ceramic especially for the microwave, but high, or a regular springform baking pan, the main thing is that it fits in the microwave) with parchment, grease with vegetable oil

pour our dough into the mold and put it in the microwave for 7 minutes at 800 power

Meanwhile, beat 2 bananas

add 200g sour cream and sugar to taste

check the baked dough with a toothpick, it should not be wet and the cake should be airy and rise high, remove from the microwave

cut off the right part of the pie

spread the cake around the neck with the banana mixture

chop the cut top of the pie with a knife

sprinkle crumbs on top of the pie
