Baked mushrooms in sour cream with onions and cheese

Required ingredients. The main thing here, of course, are mushrooms. Absolutely any will do - those that you have in stock: champignons, porcini mushrooms, chanterelles, oyster mushrooms, fresh, frozen or even soaked canned mushrooms. I have frozen pigs that I had left over from the mushroom season (pre-boiled in salted water)

Finely chop the onion

Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown
STEP 4

Add mushrooms to the fried onions, fry for 5-7 minutes

While the mushrooms are fried, grate the cheese
STEP 6

Salt the mushrooms

Let's pepper

Add flour, mix

Add sour cream
STEP 10

Stir and heat for 3-4 minutes

Transfer mushrooms in sour cream to a baking dish

Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes
