Armenian pilaf without meat from spelled - acharov pilaf
Wonderful wheat pilaf with chicken and mushrooms. Pilaf turns out much tastier with chicken broth.
Based on health reasons, I stewed mushrooms and onions in the recipe. If desired, they can be fried.
